Asking for advice on chassis protection, from bare metal to being protected..

A good wash once a week underneath??

Neither of those two!
Zinc rich primer and Matt black Enamel/chassis paint,
After 10 years of off roading I had tried POR15(only any use on rusty metal)
hammerite chips off far to easily.
I just got zinc rich primer and tins of matt black enamel, by far the hardest wearing.

the zinc coating is something that has caught my eye, both in magazines and my friends with American cars that they restore, so hopefully I know where I can borrow some smile

POR15 is expensive - £40 a litre.. Thick to be honest which ever I do do, it'll be getting a lot of waxoyl on top to coat and protect as much as I can
