AFAIK there are only 3 or 4 active PHers in Perth, so the chances of a TVR owner responding are slim
As Rich has said, there are some TVRs in Perth, but I have lived here for 36 years and can't remember ever seeing one, despite being involved in car clubs & motorsport most of my life.

G'day,

There are two griff 500's with another possibly on the way. A handful of Chimps, a Tamora, Tuscan, a smaller handful of wedges and a good smattering of earlier models.

Around 20 cars in total maybe 15 roadworthy and 10 regularly used.

Sorry I didn't get to respond earlier !

There were a few cars active in the classic arena's a few years ago and when one guy had a Cerbera I gather it was entered in several fairly high profile events.

Both myself and a Chimaera owner entered the sprint series out at the AHG complex at the airport and did a good job of holding up the field and laying circles of rubber to help others with grip !

We also have a "stand" at most display events such as British car day at Gingin, Perry Lakes Classics and the recent Waroona classics. Admittedly not many cars attend and we aren't allowed to the Whiteman Park event as we aren't an incorporated club.

We are looking to do more socially and especially in conjunction with other clubs so if you are a member of one and want to see a few TVR's how about an invite

I am in Edgewater and one of the Griff's is in Wanneroo so just round the corner.

My brother in law was married at that resort almost 1 year ago exactly, nice venue and hope all goes well. We were looking at organising a social run during the period you will be over, even if it's just a Sunday morning and a coffee somewhere.

If we get round to it I'll post details on this thread otherwise send me an email direct through my profile.

yikes I ran the RX7 in last years AHG sprint series! We were running the morning sessions, mind you, in between running the car and catching up with people I haven't seen since I raced at Wanneroo years ago, I didn't see a lot of the other cars there.

It was the year before last - was the morning sessions and only the last couple of rounds - totally uncompetitive !

Hot !
According to the car sensor was 42 degC at 10pm coming home from the Australia day fireworks on 26th. Was humid with it as well.

That was a bit unusual - normally drops 10 to 15 degrees overnight even in summer. Even so, you won't be needing thermals

Yesterday it was 37 and humid INSIDE our airconditioned shop!! A customer claimed to have seen 50 in the shade at Toodyay yesterday.
