Hi every one, we are lucky enough to be visiting Aus next month for our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife used to live in Bathurst and we are going to stay there for a few days. Is there a 'race experience' type of event available at the circuit? It would be great to have a go around the circuit whilst over there. Also if any TVR owners want to get together for a beer we are travelling around the East coast area during our three week visit!
Best regards to all, Tony Abrams

The "track" is actually a road, built as a "scenic drive" up and across Mt Panorama. For the rest of the year it is a normal 2 way road with access to lots of homes etc. Probably find that the speed limit is watched carefully as well.
I drove around it on the Thursday when I went for the race, you get a much better idea of the elevation changes than on TV thumbup

Thanks for the info, we'll just have a slow, quiet drive round in the automatic hire car!
Many thanks and looking forwards to our visit, Tony

Hi Tony

I am in Melbourne but I guess you won't be getting that far west :-)

If you drop a line to James at:

tvrregister@gmail.com

Then no doubt he will send a mail to all the registered owners over here.

Cheers

Bob
