Fuel tank above the engine? That'll warm the fuel nicely! Not my cup of tea at all.

lol, the fuel tank sits in the front, the engine sits in the rear, ala the base lotus europa ! biggrin

Ah yes, my mistake. Am I wrong about it being a dog's dinner? I don't think so. But I guess it's in the eye of the beholder!

well, I can agree that its a bit 'bolt' or strange, I look at it as a work of art, alu art, just like a lot of modern art I do not like, although I like this Lotus Europa based one, never seen a Europa based car so changed, never would come on the idea of this when thinking of a Lotus Europa :-)

Yes, I like it somehow, and I also agree, it looked a bit strange in the picture with the tank, it was a bit confusing :-)
I see those raw aluminum cars as a work of art, something you could park somewhere near a bench and look at its shape/form.
