What is the best Colin Chapman book?
Discussion
I have read most of the above books and I like the forthright honest approach that Mike Lawrence took, Ludsvigsen's has a much greater technical content though If you prefer that aspect.
You may want to read Peter Warr's book, "Team Lotus , My View From The Pit Wall" for an account of Chapman by someone who worked closely with him in the glory years and Tony Rudd's "Its Been Fun" which as I remember pokes fun at Chunky's constant battle with his weight.
No news on the Mike J Kimberley Autobiography, I am told Mike has had a lot of heath issues since retiring so I'm currently unsure whether its still on or off ATM.
I do hope Mike manages to finish his book and get it published as I'm sure his accounts of working with Sir William Lyons and later Colin Chapman would be fascinating.
