It appears to still be in the same ownership, in that the last v5c was issued mid-2019 and it records the colour correctly as green. It is SORN'd with no MOT history. Can only assume something happened that has prevented further reports, but until the car or the owner surfaces, we can only surmise.

It's amazing how certain cars stay with you for decades. The fact that you can still remember those drives so vividly says a lot about how special that Ghibli must have been. Hopefully the Oro Gold car is still out there and eventually turns up.

Hello Ethan, just seen your post & assume it’s my Late Dads Oro Gold Ghibli you refer to.
Not sure without going back through here to 2019, but purely by chance I saw the car advertised in Car & Classic in late 2019, with a dealer in Austria. A previous German owner had re painted it yellow, but fortunately it’s trim is the original !
We made contact & he still has it, but I still havnt had the time to fly out & meet him & the car.
