Looks like a 50's model.

They paid $4.20 for it and gave it a quick T-Cut.

I'm surprised they haven't painted it pink and said it used to belong to Elvis.

They were lucky - the rear light fitting was missing. the cap was visible.

All the usual CCR cliches, now there's smoke out of the exhausts like a destroyer's smokescreen.

They're talking about "tranny fluid" - I went to a "special" club once and got some on my kecks. Pile of bother trying to explain that to the missus.

That meeting with hard man Rocco to buy the rear bumper was the worst acting yet.

Front seats not fitted properly so the trim didn't align, and the worst panel fit since BL in the days of Red Robbo. Take a dekko at the bonnet/scuttle fit, and the passenger door/front wing.

Why restore it in a colour which was not period to that model?

Paint finish was better than the Mustang, although its a real art to get an orange peel finish when using metallic

I noticed that too. Thought Art Deco was 1930s but am no art / design expert. Sounds good to say on a car prog tho, makes people think you know what you're talking abaaaaaht. Luvvvverly.
