COOL CLASSIC CAR SPOTTERS POST!!! Vol 2

Spotted this in Locksbottom this afternoon:
Porsche 356 Speedster replica by Zack's Motor Photos, on Flickr
The owner looked quite young. Fancy being young and rich enough to have a 356, even if it is a replica. There was also a green M.G.A Roadster in Keston.

I've driven a replica ( a 'good one', apparently) and it's not a car I'd give a thank-you for. I think in all honesty the nastiest thing I've ever driven. It made a TR6, not noted for being a particularly nice car to drive, feel like the last word in sophistication.Porsche 356 Speedster replica by Zack's Motor Photos, on Flickr

Genuine ones might be different of course.

As a TR6 owner - that's harsh?Genuine ones might be different of course.
Spotted this morning in Aldershot 'Military Town', Queens Avenue traffic lights...
Lovely looking White Sierra Cosworth, black wheels, and a big sticker on the offside rear window saying "cossietaff".
I've seen at least four Sierras lately, one (red, five door) on a 'J' plate looking well-kept, but seemingly in use as a 'daily'.
Also, yesterday, near Arborfield, I spotted an older lady driving an apparently immaculate white Rover 100/Metro.
No pics, sadly, as I was too busy driving/riding to whip the camera out.

No pics and old news now, but I spotted a Minor Million on the back of a recovery truck last weekend, near Cannock. Looked in decent nick on the outside. Anyone here?
Was it a weird lilac colour?Or did I make that up?
It has been known.
