I think that’s a really crap number plate on that.
IMO, no,classic car should have a personalised plate. The original number is part of the cars history - and that’s coming from someone who’s had 2;model specific plates on modern cats smile
I really can’t imagine my 69 Cougar looking better with anything better than a standard plate.
