Yep same here. Scimitars are great classics. Did he not think of taking a pic of it?, how can abyone not notice a Scimitar, they don't exactly blend in with the rest. Looks like it could be an SE6b model as I can't make out the SCIMITAR lettering above the grill (absent on the 6b model of the GTE), and the colour looks like it could be silver/grey, same colour as the 6b I sold a few months ago for a meseasly 2 grand.

No photo as I was driving, but pleasantly surprised to see a red Stag driving through Woore, Cheshire this afternoon.

Hood was up - I don't blame them - and going by all the mud and grime on it, was on quite a drive.

Nice GT70 I spotted in a Ford dealership earlier this year. Beautiful little car; first one I've ever seen close up. It's surprisingly small inside, quite cramped, and I'd imagine not easy to drive. Very nice though and pretty rare now I guess. Apologies for the poor quality phone pic.

Ford only built 5 or 6 of them, so yeah, they are quite rare!!

There was a thread in here about them just a week or so ago ,basically a prototype that didn't work so went no further

than the handful built ,some with completely different engines in.

started with the Cologne 2.6 but also had the BDA fitted.

Roger Clark hated it.

The one I saw in the showroom is routinely serviced and MoT'd etc but rarely taken out I was told. Sad really, but given it's no doubt massive value I can kind of understand. However, if I had that sort of money I'd use it (even if it was horrible to drive )

It was RAC and Stuart Turner that came up with the idea for the GT70 in the first place, so he only had himself to blame
