Is it actually a S2 4.2 FHC with a V12 transplant and bodywork modifications? It's definitely got the shorter doors of the 2 seat 6 cylinder cars, rather than the LWB 2+2 only of the V12 FHC.
Edit: just done a DVLA check. Definitely a 4.2 6 cylinder S2, not a V12 at all.
Owned by U-Drive, a driving experience company. I drove it last year on their Heyford Park circuit Edit: just done a DVLA check. Definitely a 4.2 6 cylinder S2, not a V12 at all.

Not often that you see something mega-valuable, but in the Surrey Highlands there was - what - £7m worth of Ferrari California Spyder, maroon, left hand drive? I remember being a passenger in one driven by an American friend through Knightsbridge in the sixties. I don't think either of us were looking at the road. Big shout to the man who risked it on our roads, albeit on a very sunny day.
And then there was a thirties/twenties Bentley sports racer (sorry, I'm sure there is a better term but it was a sit-up-and-beg type, not a saloon) in the opposite lane of the M25, big number 8 painted on the radiator. The driver wearing ear defenders was a bit of a give-away. And to bring me down to earth, a Morris Minor on a low loader. Still looked nice.
