Was wondering whether someone would post that - it belonged to one of Lucan's friends though, it wasn't actually his own car.
His last sighting was here in Uckfield, but the house has been redeveloped. Curiously, not a million miles away, a railway underpass - large enough for a single tractor - on a local farm was filled in around the same time (I do like a good whodunnit).

Spotted today in a seaside resort in Croatia. Looked in lovely condition but was covered in salt residue off the sea.

Sorry for the poor pic but what is this.

1960s 2 Door Saloon about the size a Viva or Anglia. Done a reg check but VAM667D comes up as a Gold Dodge. Fairly flat bonnet and a pair of rectangular headlights IIRC.
Its VAM663D not 667......Italian Ford Anglia 105E Torino:

Funny, recently been reading about one of these and had never heard of them before, and then a picture appears here.
The revised rear windw makes a huge difference to the look of the car compared with the 'normal' Anglia.

Are you kidding? That's a brilliant spot. I'd have been chuffed to bits to see that. The Corsair was one of the rare occasions Ford did elegant.
Elegant enough for the gentry, no less... possibly the most famous Corsair was Lord Lucan's sedan, found abandoned in Normans Road, Newhaven. Thus giving rise to the rumour he'd fled the country after doing the nanny in the drawing room with the lead piping. Alegedly

Was wondering whether someone would post that - it belonged to one of Lucan's friends though, it wasn't actually his own car.

I can't hear Lucan's name or see it written down without thinking of his Spitting Image puppet...!
Same spot in 2015. Lucan had a Merc 300se -which would have been a very distinctive car at the time - but there appears to be hardly any info on it (JMO9K featured in film was ex-Donovan, btw )
Lucan's Aston

Spotted this in Oregon while on a recent roadtrip.

My knowledge of 50s\60s Americana is pretty limited and I thought originally it was Chevy Nomad , now I'm not so sure.

ETA - done a sneaky bit of googling at work and it looks like it might be a Ford Parklane Wagon - not one I'd heard of before but I guess Ford's answer to the Nomad ?

Couldn’t really get a good shot that showed all the TR6 and all around the 911 was dross - I was trying to frame a picture rather than just showing an old car...

/ponceyfart

Aside from my pretentiousness, check out https://amyshorephotography.com - often forgets to get the whole car in the shot biggrin

As a pro I'm surprised that you don't carry around a pair of secateurs which would have allowed you
to remove the offending epicormic growth biggrin.
