Wow that looks small compared to the Fiesta.

Looked at a 1990 Supra a few weeks back but it is probably the only model of that era I don’t really like.

Rare thing... only the Yankee and JDM markets got trick spec FCs like GTXs and such. UK ones were just badged as RX-7 or Turbo II

Mind you, they rot like a rotten thing. Even worse than the earlier FB models, oddly

Indeed, I "saved" one from the local scrappy when it wasn't *that* old because the engine had blown, thinking it would make a nice project.

Didn't even look underneath it as it was pretty shiny on top (a lot cleaner than that white one) and as said, it wasn't very old at the time...

Big mistake! Lower a-pillars, inner sills and large parts of the floor were virtually non-existent.

Send it back to the scrappy!!

Not far from Whitchurch, Shropshire. I've passed that a few times, on the way to or from the local steam fair.

Ferrari mechanicals with maserati electrics...I wouldn't touch that with a Bargy Mc.Bargepole!

Indeed. There are probably many good reasons why all these orphaned classics we pity so much are where they are.

So it was on the road for just 15 years. Makes you wonder what’s lurking in the garage behind them

Quite good going for a car in those days, most run of the mill cars were scrap before 10.

+1 yes

The vinyl roof says Imperial to me (Same car basically, just in a fancier trim level )

If it is an Imperial, then it'll be even rarer!
