I’m intrigued as to how it got into quite such a bad state even for a Mk ll Escort. I’m guessing it was maybe stored for years under a tarp in the open and then casually nudged in the rear quarter by a reversing truck
Maybe some over enthusiastic Ari Vatenan style "watch this" exuberance put the dent in the wing 30 years ago, and it was parked in the corner of a field with the age old promise of "I'll get around to fixing that..." and here we are. Looks like it was left to the elements. Not much evidence of a nice dry barn or even a tarp.Dapster said:
