Exactly - '89 to '91. Well, the 16v had the bonnet bulge, but some people have swapped the 16v bonnet onto the earlier 8v. Is there any other way to tell from the pic?Dapster said:

One of the more nerdy classic car journalist, Nick Larkin i think, tried to save the prototype and it was an uphill battle I recall. No one cared except him!
Yep that is a rare beast now! Dad had a very early 'wedge' 1975, I cannot remember what 'badge engineered model' it was (will dig it out). It was however, not a great car!
