I don’t follow why grey imports are often sneered at, after all they are all imports just not official Honda ones.

Not sure if this is a genuine Alpina B9? It was in a gated car park, so I couldn’t check to see if there was a rear registration plate. The photo is from late 2019 in east London.

Interesting that the B9? is left hand drive, thus would not have been built by Sytner. It may be possible to narrow it dowmn on the Alpina archive.

Cheers

Apologies if a pea-roast and I don't know the location but I could find out. It's taken by my sister-in-law

It’s in Cambridge!

Odd that it's got an M635CSi front airdam/spoiler rather than the Alpina item...

This is Google Earth in Melton Mowbray … and although the Jags and US cop car are still there being eaten by the undergrowth, there are a couple more additions since this pic as I drove by the location last week. No idea what is under the car cover.

Jaguar X Type Estate, which actually looked in pretty decent shape, apart from the semi-flat tyres.

Very good! The KLF used to drive around Vauxhall in a very similar US cop car in 1991, might even be the same one as not a surfeit in England.

That pic was from a few years back. I think a side view of it suggests you’re right! There’s a car there now on the front that looks like the one the Ant Hill Mob drove in Wacky Races …

I think that is a 1980s Dodge.

KLF used a (long dead) 1968 Ford Galaxy, unless they had another one.

The original KLF JAMSmobile was a 68 Ford Galaxie that was wrecked in a banger race in 1991. They had a 2nd similar 1970 Ford LTD, but the pic is of a mid 80s cop car

All outside a mechanics workshop in Wetherby. Look like they've been there a while!
