Classic?

I’d say so…

Close up.

They were serious bang/buck back in the day. Also the first Performance Ford I ever drove: B44LAO…

I'm biased because I love these, but that's a real pity.

Yes. Doesn't look too late for that one. All the mech bits are replaceable. Get your bid in!

The colour is a slightly missed opportunity, but I know you've always been an enormous fan of my idea of a prestige car in good condition completely covered in rusty paint.

Seize the fish. This was then the day. Yes. Yes.

Hmm, what's this?
Lotus Exige?
Deffo Elise or Exige. On the basis of frequency, I'll go Elise.
Based on the wheels, I’d say it’s an Elise, and likely a 111s, which might suggest head gasket failure. Later 111r had the Toyota engine and iirc the exhaust out of the undertray which isn’t there.

My chum's car which is also a 111S is on the very same (lovely) wheels, and that lead me to my guess.

Rather a sad sight

Surely this is just waiting for a ramp to come free in order to start the resto? Can't just be sitting there.

Ind.Est.Bereft.

Can it?

I spotted a VP Princess R at a reclamation yard, classic pose with the driver's door open seat stuffing coming from a tear in the seat windscreen cracked and opaque and moss growing everywhere. I've a picture on a broken phone.

I don’t know anything about it or it’s location, other than it’s been there for some time.
