This photo reminds me of when a few years ago, I asked one of my daughters to take some action photos of their mother driving the Stag as we drove in convoy.

These are what they presented me with...

I haven't been able to find a photo of my E-Type on track at Blyton, but I did find a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TqJY-XsxxE

This was at Castle Coombe where I realised the car was far more capable than me and the little elan behind running on what looked like push bike tyres was much much better.

That looks like Quarry, which is what made your passenger's undies change colour I expect.

K9, as I used to call it (I wonder why?), the MX-5 I used to share with a friend, seen here at the top of the Prescott hill. This was the second track car we'd had, hence the number 2 on the side.

Prescott was the first event we did with it; we'd had it about a fortnight, and had only just finished transferring the bits from Number 1. It was even wearing its original 14" wheels and tyres.

April 2013 Derbyshire hills. Shortly after this I had to tun back because the road was completely blocked by snow and the front wheels lifted off the ground.

Really must dig out some pictures because I have loads of the Triumph plus a load of my other/previous classics. Somewhere.
Way back when I did an awful lot of track miles at Castle Combe in the Triumph and sadly cannot find the (one) shot of me (allegedly) four-wheel drifting through Camp, so this will have to do.
This was at Quarry I reckon.

I seem to remember you received some unwanted affection from another competitor quite soon after

That's true, a hire-drive Jag MkVII just getting some practice in for the season if I recall correctly. Spun three times at least, used my car as a buffer on one of those spins. Whatever happens though, the Pom is still just about the greatest classic car event in the UK.

Aye and not missed one since - which brings us back on topic:
