Mid 60's?
Well it's definitely after December 65It's a nice snapshot in time from when Paul McCartney was marrying Linda and John Lennon was marrying Yoko Ono.

always preferred these to the Escort, truth be told if I was in the market for a classic I'd still rather have this (apart from anything else a whole boatload cheaper!)
I had a Viva 1800 and the sad fact is they rusted through their inner arches and the pedals and cablle operated clutch and clunky gearbox were crap. The 1800 and 2300 were strangled in the name of fuel economy too.
By god, I coveted a Droop Snoot Frenzy though - way cooler than a Ca[pri..
probably why i went on to buy a 3rd gen Camaro for the similar nose.
