Looks like someone wanted to copy the RWB/RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF Porsche look but can't pull it off. That is proper ghastly and although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I can't imagine there will be too many people knocking on their day wanting to pay £50k for it.
It's ex-Boyzone Shane Lynch's drift Rolls Royce: http://www.speedhunters.com/2016/01/rolls-royce-dr...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_AndBpBv2Q
It's quite a famous car in the drifting World - A bit of "Two fingers up to the establishment" car, and was never meant to appeal to the classic car brigade.
The reality is, the creators of the car would probably be quite proud to read that classic car fans don't like it!

Well I never liked Boyzone either. To be fair, I quite like the RWB look, just not on this. Still don't think the folk near me with their MX5's will be knocking on their door anytime soon.

I quite like it, except for the wheels. What's the engineering logic behind tyres that are about four inches too narrow for the rims? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_AndBpBv2Q

My experience:

Just go for it, assuming £5k isn't a lot of money to you and you are willing to learn about the hydraulics you'll be fine. As always you'd be much better off in the long run spending £15k on a nice one to start with though!

I have, an '82 Spirit. Buy a book called 'The Shadow Owners Companion.' Read it and see how long it takes to do things like change a valve cover gasket.
Take someone with you that know's these cars. There's some terrible cr*p out there.
If you get one that's been maintained properly, great, otherwise you'll either scrap it ot it'll eat you.

Rory Read has done somthing simular at the 750mc Birkett this year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ob1Prd9oofA
Matt LeBlanc's car is the green Bentley in the background and Harris had a MB S600.
They didn't do very well!

I was just about to post that!£4100.
And this is why ex 'wedding cars' are about as desirable as syphillis, they are never looked after properly: every penny spent is because it's needed NOW! Maintenance is non existent and every potential buyer knows it - the cars are to make a profit, not to be pampered and RRs do like to be pampered!
I suppose there are some cars that go against this trend but in the main, good idea to give them a swerve unless very cheap... like Harry's. He is the kind of guy who will spend out on the old lass and make her a 'car' again. I reckon if he does a load of work on her and then sells it, then it would be a great buy
I know you shouldn't tar everythig with the same brush but when I was looking a few years ago, I quickly learned that wedding cars were rubbish and so if it said that in the advert I just moved straight on. Same goes for any white RR (which is sad 'cos I like white RRs) as they normally are used to ferry future divorcees to meet this years victim.
Bitter? Me?

I've never been in the market for an old RR, but I can remember going to a wedding (as a guest) and during the time the photographer was faffing around trying to photograph the main guests had a look at the wedding cars.
They weren't RRs but Bentleys and the white paint looked like it had been applied by brush. The chauffeur's door was open whilst he stood around and I'm certain that the door shuts were a gunmetal grey. Such a sad fate I thought for such a wonderful car.
