Nice little (tiny!) Lancia in London E1 yesterday, unfortunately had a little dribble under its chin which looked like water pump, but the owner was confident he’d get home a few miles away. I hope so in the horrible traffic yesterday afternoon.

It's a lovely old thing. There have been a few of these launch-spec cars with the taller door mirrors, open plenum, boot infill and on this Daimler no inlay in the veneers, posted on PH recently. It's good to see as they are so rare now. They're beautiful cars, very good to drive and almost criminally underrated in my view. My guess at towing mpg - 12-14. Metric wheels too.

I love the green on this particular example and remember the black panel on early Daimler and Sovereign versions.
