The owner of the HK500 lives in Barnes and he uses his cars a lot - when he can.
Recidivist or astronaut?

Parked at the end of my road in Chiswick.
Looks very cool.

Not seen a Z on wire wheels before.
I think this picture illustrates why.

Lovely car otherwise.

It was a very nice RHD version, driven by an equally distinguished looking gent.

If he ever wants to sell, and for the car to stay in Barnes, I'd be very interested!

Sold to the first owner by George Abecassis at Hersham and Walton Motors. All together - "Hersham Boys, Hersham Boys, laced up boots and corduroys......"

If you can afford it, read "John, George and the HWMs" by Simon Taylor. Great book.

I think it just about gets away with it.

There's a dude around my corner with a tatty looking black FV using it often as well... Whoah!

A well-used Carrera round the corner, just not sure about the black bits (roof accepted…). Paint mismatch from door to front wing?

Yes I think you’re right beer but it doesn’t suit it in my eyes.

The wheels should be black in the centre with silver around the rims. The silver wheels above are after market Fuchs.

The front number plate housing makes me fear that it has US bumper over riders at the rear...

On Koln plates as well.

Deffo US market. Side market lights and the bizarre 3 wiper set up which the US cars had to have

Spotted this lovely 280SL near me. I'll forgive the nasty chrome wheelarch trims just this once
