That's good news. I suppose my thinking was there were so many of them they would have mostly been scrapped as too commonplace.
I must admit, I was quite surprised myself to see how easy it is to find them (plenty on Ebay.com as well by the looks of it)

Personally, I'd still put some better looking wheels on it - Can't say I'm a fan of those hubcaps

Was round at me Mum's just now to mow her lawn, and this lovely TVR Vixen was sat in traffic outside.

Dapster, how strange, I was just reading the Austin Healey colours thread talking about red cars and was thinking of someone I know who has one. Then looked at this thread and you have just posted a picture of him!
Both planning on going to Classics at the Villa tomorrow in Shenley near Radlett. smile

In twenty years of Vixen ownership, I only ever saw two on the road out in the wild. smile

Ha ha! Small world. Is it a resto? It looked fresh from the showroom - immaculate.

That E-Type above is a JPR Wildcat. Where did you spot it by the way?, I'm asking as the chap who owns it (or did own it according to an old club members list I have) lives in Bedfordshire. Engine is apparently a Rover V8. Nice spot for a rare car.

I may be due a parrot, but that's not a Dino either. Definitely (also) a replica.
