I didn't spend much time looking at it, but I assumed it was a Deutsch Bonnetthis blue car has an opening bonnet.
The other car I had in mind is a Abarth Porsche.
The wheels are very VW like.

That's probably correct. I use a tablet most of the time, and if I turn it around to view a picture that's been posted in the wrong orientation, the bloody screen keeps rotating, so a sideways picture is always sideways, and I tend to give up. So I only gave the car a cursory glance, but looking at it again, it's more Abarth Porsche than DB nicanary said:
It's a Belgian Apal.
Apologies, I should have said as I was confused too. Some interesting cars there but this was one I hadn't seen before. Full list on the link below if interested.https://ypreshistoricregularity.com/_files/2000007...
I went to a monthly Classic Car meet at a pub in Surrey this morning and got a shot of this De Tomaso - sadly I missed the other one as it had already left.
Also got one of this MANUAL Fiat 130 Coupe - it must be the only RHD one in existence!
Stunning E36 M3, Capri Brooklands, Plymouth Roadrunner and 50s Corvette as well. It's a great meet, just starts a bit early.
