Maestro van …

I had put this in the rotted thread but then checked and it has an MoT and is taxed so needs to be in here. Cool classic though?!
I had one of those!! Utility yellow with white side panels, it had a Perkins diesel in it, sounded awful but never broke down.
Sadly the van dissolved around the engine so my mate bought it and put the engine in his Series II Land Rover.

I see this often. I'm not a fan but there seems to be a constituency of Golfisti in this parish. It's just a tad dogeared these days. Nothing really drastic but "advanced patina" for sure.
R prefix plate.
What I like about it is that it's been a daily drive all its life.

Bit of a ratty Hunter - never been restored for sure …

Must be one of the last for sure.
Whenever movies or TV shows are set in the '60s or '70s the old cars used are always shiny and immaculate. If they instead used ratty old battle-scarred cars like this they'd look a whole lot more realistic.

Up until fairly recently the Hunter was still being made in Iran of all places.

Exceptional. No need for a separate thread. You win hands down and I do hope you own one.
Agreed. Torpedoed all of my suggestions.

I also have an awful blurry pic of a moving 1984 SAAB 99 but it isn't worthy of posting

I saw this on a road trip a couple of years ago but don't think I ever posted it. Cooler than a penguin's flip flop.

Nice 1275GT in Sussex, also a 60's or 70s 'vette nearby but that was under wraps:

Always wanted a 1275 as a youngster but had to make do with a standard 1000 instead.

Nice Jaguar C Type at a local car meet today. I guess it's a replica but it had a Mille Miglia sticker on it.

That's not a C-Type. It's a XK120 or 140.

Somebody with a longer beard will be along presently to tell us which.
