I thought Fordson lorry as well but can't identify model type. Radiator cowl badge looks like Austin and the cab like K2 but the front end doesn't match. Much googling hasn't revealed the answer.Can anyone help?

Back when West Meon had a railway and goods yard.As far as I can see from streetview the platforms are directly in front and the goods yard would have been in the trees to the right.

Think it's definitely a Dodge, have a look at this pic and check the starter handle hole in the grille, the door handle between the two raised creases and the bumper.
