Sounds like a joke but this E Type was discussed in a similar thread 9 years ago. Still for sale with the same dealer at exactly the same price!

It was probably really worth around £70k nine years ago. Ridden through the E Type boom and out the other side and still there!

JD need to go and see a GP, clearly not well.
Even at full tilt the top price Mk II ever sold was less than that (£255k) https://www.artcurial.com/en/node/1113501
The next most expensive Mk II was sold for less than half that by Bonhams in 2014 https://www.bonhams.com//auctions/21904/lot/18/?ca...
In other words, JD should book in that appointment ASAP

Everyone here is wrong . This is a very realistic price for a MK 2 , in fact quite a bargain I feel.
This has absolutely nothing at all to do with the fact that I own a similar spec car , NOTHING .
But I do fancy a change , think I'll go down to the local Porsche dealer and do him a fantastic deal . A new full spec 992 GT3 and a 100K CASH 'might' make me consider changing .
People here need to wake up...............

How the bloody feck is a bloody pigeon going to bloody fly to bloody Australia?
Perhaps flap its wings, glide, flap wings, glide, flap wings and repeat sequence; that's how they usually fly. HTH.Changing the subject a bit, but more of the same thing. You will find here a Lynx XKSS for sale at the spiffingly cheap price of £375,000:-
https://vandp.net/sales/2028/1967-jaguar-xkss-by-l...
The car was auctioned by Bonhams last September as you can see here:-
https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/26494/lot/38/
A slight difference in the price, but nothing of note. This was the first D-type converted by Lynx and is not really a good example, being the third car they made and the first converted. It is not really the correct shape either. But I am sure that will not concern you. It'll still look good at the pub.
