Not unless they changed the radiator grille, which would have been highly unlikely.
Radiator grille of another Delage DR. Is that any closer?Mystery car
All that being said, you've done better than I have in trying to identify this car...
Don't forget that a lot of middle to top range cars were available in chassis form for fitting with a body of choice, so similarity in bodywork means nothing much.
I think there's a chance that the Scottish buyers of the time were a parochial lot. Why buy French when there were plenty of Scottish marques?
Arrol Johnston for me.

I haven't got anywhere with identification either, but the solid wheels on the mystery car make me think it's not an exotic - which a Delage etc. would have been.
The hint of the two words on the grill still puzzles me.Maybe it's not the make of car at all but a witty quip from the owner rather like Darren and Sharon.

Interesting; the enclosed/cowled in dumb irons are similar but not the same and the radiator cowl doesn't look quite right.

I am sure it is French - the wheels and bodystyle are a give away. My feeling is its one of the last De Dion Boutons (they went out of businss in 1932) and that is the script on the radiator.
Comme ceci avec script? De Dion Bouton type IT Berline-1921http://oldiesfan67.canalblog.com/archives/2012/11/...
