It would be really good if someone could post what they actually sell for at auction.
Here you go (website is updated pretty soon after auction ends)

Buy them both and act out that CI5 fantasy?

Didn't Bodie's Capri sell for something like £50k years ago?

It was actually about £57k, I think it set a record price for a Capri at the time.

It was the car used in series 2, the first one to wear the UOO 303T plate on screen. I believe the genuine number was
VHK 495S.

The Gold 3.0 is stated on the website as selling for £19,200. I’m assuming that doesn’t include the fees. The Silver one appears to be unsold.

Should do for £30k yikes

Same age as my old (white with black vinyl roof) one, wish I'd kept it now...

Given how few decent Mk.2 3.0's are left, its quite cheap, compared to prices seen for 2.8i's and 280's which are relatively more abundant.

It looks immaculate, and if so justifies the asking price. My dad had various Capris, including one like this - the least attractive of the various iterations of Capri IMO. His 3000GTXLR was the nicest smile
