Plenty around recently...
Mental orange Capri 3000GT with blue viper stripes, huge exhausts and a stunning sound on the M1.
Pristine light green T plate Ford Granada 2.3L - even had original dealer stickers in the window! Driven rather quickly by an older gent who easily overtook me on the M1!
Cream and brown MG Magnette saloon in Heckmondwike
Pale Yellow Austin Healey Sprite in Dewsbury
Flourescent greeny yellow Triumph TR6 in Wakefield

there is a classic cars/country show in a village near me this weekend. i would go if it wasn't so expensive to get in and the fact that the recent heavy rain has left the main show entrance an absolute mudbath!
but anyway, i did see today,
light yellow Triumph Stag, light blue MGB GT, original Alfa GTV6, original MG Midget, a very old Rover saloon of some sort (nothing like the P4 Nigel saw above!) and a Spridget!

A few from Le Mans from me...
Plenty of Cobras, E-Types, MGs, classic TVRs etc, but amongst the very best:
Gulf liveried Porsche 917K Short Tail on a trailer heading through Arnage Village.
Rosso Corsa Ferrari 330 P4 Race Car being driven on the public road past Beausejour late one night!
2 Ford GT40s - one in a service area off the A28, the other in Mulsanne village.
A British Racing Green Jaguar D-Type driving past Maison Blanche, plus a convoy of a D-Type and I think a C-Type in Le Mans town centre!

I had a good day:
'67 Charger in mat black, gorgeous US bumpered 80s Masser QP, Rari Scag, TR5.
And along the way I met the owner of the first LHD TVR Sagaris again.

Superb condition 1970's green Ford Taunus coupe
(looks like a cross between 1970's Mk3 Cortina and Granada/Consul coupe)
that sounds interesting Nigel! (never heard of a Taunus but i know of the yankee Taurus if that is what you mean!)Superb condition 1970's green Ford Taunus coupe
