t will be like this. I don't know the exact number produced but six could be about right. Basically a DB2/4 MkIII Convertible with a hardtop. The triple SU engine, known as the DBD as opposed to teh DBA version with twin SUs, was frequent specified on the convertibles so it's no surprise it's in this DB MkIII FHC.
Cheers, I don't think I've seen one of those but I'm not big into Astons, and if there were only six it's hardly surprising.gothatway said:
And I rather like the illustration - the little-known Porsche Capri, I think ?
Ah, I was thinking Capri with Elan myself.RichB said:

In the days when you could drive out to it I only vaguely remember the approach to it so I read the Wikipedia about it to see why the road is now gone.....and when.

The road has not gone but you can no longer drive along it to the island. You now have to park and then take a shuttle bus to the island. It was all part of a major rework of the river outlet to protect the Mont from being silted up and not being an island anymore

Photo i took in the 80s sometime. In Milton Keynes near what was to become the site of Woodhill Prison, we used to have plenty of new unfinished roads and roundabouts to practice drifting which is what we were taking a break from.
Anyway heres my Rover SD1 manual with my mates Buick Riviera
SD1 seems to have a very rare front bumper valance kitAnyway heres my Rover SD1 manual with my mates Buick Riviera
It also had quite a big rear spoiler made of some form of metal? Angle makes it hard to see.
It was a V8, before this i had an early SD1 in brown with beige interior and an auto. Preferred the auto to be honest, the manual had a terrible shift.
