It must be a typo in the advert as the 411 didn't appear until '68 IIRC , hence the price of the car in the Chester Chronicle? So only a couple of years old , many imported cars pre EC were subject to import tariffs in order to protect the home producers.

^^^ I think aeropilot is about right regarding the date with this one, c.1960/61, I can only see one Ford Anglia and a few BMC Farina models, all introduced in '59. Not a Mini in sight either, launched in August '59.
