Old Car Brochures
Discussion
I kind of dabbled as a teenager.
My favourite from that era was the XJS brochure that was roughly LP dimensions and came in a slip case - very cool.
I recall the BMW brochures being very cool then too - all the same basic design from 3 to 7 series and quiet 'architectural' their design.
I also have a press pack the release of the Bugatti EB110, which isn't for sale, but is a treasured posession, regardless of whether it has any value or not.

I've got a couple of RS4 brochures (B7) from when i ordered mine, i can spare one if you want one.
I'd be interested!Thanks
Just threw away loads of mine as they were taking up too much space. You didn't really miss anything though as was for pretty boring stuff. Only ones I'm keeping are interesting/sports cars and I'm also hunting out a brochure for the cars I used to own.
On that note, does anyone have any of the following:
Citroen ZX
Nova (early)
Sierra mk.2
Astra mk.2
Almera mk.1
Volvo 740
MX-5 mk.1
Golf gti mk.2
Colt (late 90s)
they don't want?

I have every V12 Lamborghini brochure from the introduction of the Muira onwards, including all press packs, manufacturer info, year books, and such like with no exceptions or gaps.
Didn't think it was that impressive until people in the know came to see it.
Ruttboy.
I've been very fortunate in my employment in being able to have access to archives of several manufacturers, and with their permission, fill in the blanks.
My collection is so complete that various brochure dealers and specialist websites have used my knowledge to compile definitive lists of brochures for reference.
As I said before, I know I'm sad, but I can't help it.
Ruttboy.

See my post history, in classics forum I'm posting pics of classics brochures I have been given to sell on, thought I'd photo them all completely before they go. Most of the ones I've posted have now gone. Got several hundred more left.
D'ya wanna pm me a list?http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
I have some odd brochures here and there, but the only ones I've got that might be of any interest are some Acura ones I picked up whilst in America, can't remember what I've got though, you're welcome to any I can find that you might be interested in.
My most prized brochure possession, is the one for the Honda Civic Mugen RR which includes a DVD.
