Sun was shining recently so I took my M535i out for a few photos.

Also got invited by my friend to Brooklands for a photography course with some lovely cars.

clap

That's perfect. The best model of the best version of America's best sports-car in the best colour.

Congratulations

Really interesting car - and I'm guessing all is not as it appears?

I suspect it's a '64 convertible with some sort of amazing hardtop that makes it look like a '63 split window?

The factory coupes didn't have a seam where the roof blends in to the rear deck. This is what makes me think it might be a hardtop. If so, I guess you have the best of both worlds, if the roof is still removable, given the fuel filler is in the middle of it.

Having written the above, I've just looked at your profile picture - should have done that first!

Great car!

The hard top on the Roadster is a neat idea.

I use to own a 427 roadster which I loved and a few years later I fancied a Coupe which I bought last year but really miss the roof top down and the side pipes blaring
