If you count as 248 built many exported and about 35 to 40 on the road in the UK plus some some SORN i guess so.
The very first production convertable TVR built in 1978 and celebrating its 40th birthday this year even with its own special brew
Yup its rare enough

Not been on here for ages - quite a few changes for my part. I sold my Jag' powered '36 Austin and my Subaru BRAT and now have a 1964 Dodge A100 pick up, probably the slowest and most ponderous old vehicle I've ever owned. Interesting drive tho'. It's running the 170c.i. "leaning tower of power" with a three on the tree, or, in English, a 2.8 litre slant six with a manual column change three speed. Just started on the interior which I'm hoping to get sorted in time for Wheels Day on Good Friday - might get something done if it ever stops raining. Not the usual Pistonheads fodder. Hope you like the pic's...
Trouble is, I now feel like I need another car that you can play in and actually "drive" places - lots of head scratching over Scimitars, Jensen Healeys, Fiat 124s, Volvo Pvs, MX5 powered Super Minxs and V6 Corsairs... will I never learn...

Yes that is the original colour Ragusa green. And regardless of what it says on the truck, this is not Sydney’s Finest - certainly not my finest (two) hours(s) sat waiting...
One of the collars at either end of the selector rod has given up and currently stuck in third gear - it drives but not willing to risk across the city in Sunday afternoon traffic - going into the mechanics tomorrow. Not noice...

I know what you mean. I have a bog stock Commer van and whilst it's super handy and I love driving it, it's impractical. I have a feeling your dodge will be best served by changing the diff or if possible the diff ratio. The slant 6 should be able to move it unlike the 1725cc engine I have in mine. My diff is 5.6:1 and it still struggles up hills.
