There is both an E30 325i Touring and a 325Ti Compact listed.
I'm more intrigued by the E30 320is which I've never seen in real life and forgot existed. We got a 318is in the UK but the 320is is a mini M3 Italian market only car if I remember rightly, with the 2.0 version of the M3's 2.3 four. Different entirely to the 6cyl 2.0 320i. Very rare.
Apologies,I was only looking at the list on the homepage of his profile.I'm more intrigued by the E30 320is which I've never seen in real life and forgot existed. You're right about the 320is,the Italian tax rate for over 2 litres is way higher ,hence the existence of others like the Ferrari 208.
Hopefully get out in this after all the crap weather we've had since I bought it. Has a 6 speed manual box, only made 574 6 speed manuals apparantly, hopefully clutch life will be easier ££££. I'm loving it and people on the forum have been helpful for tips and advice.

1984, manual, N/A, black/black, 121k miles, well-known to the 924 Owners Forum, original service book, CoA, receipts back to 1988, Sports Seats, reconditioned gearbox, suspension refresh, etc.
Drove it back from Dorset to West Cornwall on Saturday and it didn't miss a beat. Handles very nicely thanks to the even weight distribution. Popped the (huge) sunroof, cranked up the De La Soul cassette and headed west!
Very nice, I remember that from my days with 924's. Did you buy it off Pete? The sports seats are excellent, much better than the regular tombstones. I have kept this old stager though, a bruiser of a car that I'm a little bit obsessed with and hope never to have to part with.
You have some stunning cars, but that really is amazing. Looks immaculate, a real credit to you. I always wanted a e12 M535i, and have come close to buying one twice now. (at the bottom of the market mind) In the end I let nostalgia get the better of me and bought a SD1 Vitesse. They'd make quite the pair though for a 80's bruiser photo-shoot. FelixP said:

Yes, bought it off Pete. Various, seasoned members of the 924 owners club have owned it. So there's a lot of historical info on the car on the 924 forum. Took the sunroof panel out today. The opening is huge!Have another 924 - this time my lovely little S model. Such a nice car to drive and in lovely condition with just 67k Miles. I’ve only had it for a few months but already I’ve done some little jobs making it nicer. Planning to keep the car and gradually make it perfect. Makes me smile every time I sit in it!

Ive always liked the SD1, my neighbour had a Vitesse for years, great looking car. You're right they were make a great bruiser pairing

Thank you, it is undergoing a little bit of a light refresh at the moment which has turned into a bit of a 'while you're there' as these things do!. I had an advisory for some corrosion on the hard fuel lines which meant I may as well take the rear beam out and powder coat , refurb the diff, new oem exhaust, new bushes, new fuel pump, bilsteins and bags and bags off stuff to the platers etc. Im hoping to finish it this year.....

Good to hear its being kept so well, its definitely worth doing that kind of stuff while you can though. I also fell into that hole with my Vitesse. I bought it around 18 months ago with a very recently expired MOT (I think it ran out a day before I viewed it) It looked spot on with what appeared to be a few little jobs to complete. I've still not got it back on the road! It'll be worth it in the end though. Ive always liked the SD1, my neighbour had a Vitesse for years, great looking car. Here is the 320is, an Italian car that had a few go faster bits, cams, airbox, alpha n etc. I sold it last year to make way for something that my wife actually liked and was willing to drive!
I used to have one (not that identical model), I don't remember the side windows looking so tall. I thought it was the coolest car at the time. mark.c said:

I see California's favourite crusty, Magnus Walker has turned his attention to 924's and has a few nice videos doing the rounds. I have no doubt this will help with 924 values!
