I got rushed into hospital with an inflamed gallbladder earlier in the year, the pain was out of this world. They gave me some pain killer intravenously I think it was morphine. Fantastic stuff the pain disappeared in seconds. Had 3 full days dancing with the fairies until the pain subsided, but the rest of the pain killers were given into the muscle not the veins . luckily I didn't have stones, so no need for the gallbladder to be removed. They kept me in hospital for a week though.
