Option A was kind of sarcastic but hey it seems to be what most people are going for!
One of my mates contstantly keeps telling me and once I'm drunk I will end up nailing her - I have a bit of a reputation amoung close friends of not caring if the girl has a boyfriend (havn't done this to a half decent mate though)

That said it also depends on the friendship, if he's one of those mates that you tolerate then get bonking the gf. But if he's a good friend then sit him down and talk to him. If you don't he will find out eventually and there will be big trouble (also been here as the mate with cheating gf, except my "mate" made the wrong choice and paid the price). If you do sit him down and tell him he will hate you short term but long term (provided he isn't a pillock) he will repsect you a lot more. But you need to play down the flirting a lot, and make out you thought it was the pair of them messing around till tonight when you just realised something isn't right here.

From experience from both sides... DO NOT 5HAG her... I nailed my mates g/f and although it was imense and she was super fit, me and may mate dont really talk that much any more, we have the same circle of friends so it it a bit wierd... We never argue about it, but he banters about it when he is drunk, but I know he really wants to lamp me and im sure he is just waiting for me to be more wasted than he is, and im sure he will let rip!
the otherside of the coin is, My mate nailed my ex g/f, me and her were having a difficult spotsort of on/off, he knew her anyway through other people and he also saw her when me and her were together... eventually we split up for whatever reason, about 6 months later we spoke about maybe getting back together, and then she asked me if I had slept with anyone else during our relationship and after and I told her I had after but not during, so I asked her, and she said she slept with my mate during the on/off period...
