Here's mine in a bit more detail;

Nitron suspension, AP ali bell discs, S1 Exige alloys, S2 Exige driver seat, flush-fit 4 fin rear diffuser, Safety Devices a-frame roll cage, Luke Pro harnesses, Sparco alcantara snap-off steering wheel, polycarbonate rear screen and some carbon scoops ... oh and an Audi 1.8T with Audi TT 6 speed gearbox, running 270BHP and 270lbs/ft. It's a monster. Handles like a Lotus, outdrags a Ferrari F430. biggrin

Think I saw the red one at SS Ally Pally. Had no idea what was lurking beneath!

Wow, amazing I've missed this thread before now. Replying to this post 3 years late but I'm sure Rob won't mind. smile

This is next to reception at the Lotus factory, mobile photo only unfortunately so the colour and perspective are skewy.

My next one... yeah yeah I know... but it really is 96.5% the Elise experience and in some ways a better car.

And my current one...

With my mate's old one, note the number plate on the red one on the left and the silver one I posted above - one number different. They were from a batch of "manager's cars" - probably just trying to use up all the Sport 160 bits left over.

hehe

I bought a hardtop for my s1 but sold it after the first winter because there was nothing worse than coming out of work and discovering it was a beautiful bright, crisp winter afternoon and having to drive home with the roof on. hehe

Leather jacket, fleece, gloves, hat and polar buff needed instead for topless winter drives in an Elise!
