This guy sounds like a total gimp.
Comfort yourself with the knowledge that as they both have a history of cheating they'll never be able to trust each other so their happy new life will turn into years of jealous, bitter fighting.

I trust you've let his fiancee know what's going on? It's always good to have someone your side (as well as all of us)

timh,

Just wandered over and...........bloody hell mate!
Just remember to think ahead, remain in control and don't worry about revenge. You got rid of a girl not worth you time and you've still got your pride and joy! Better than being with a lying witch and losing your car eh? Simplify things and never say more than you need to. Don't resort to selling the car because she fckd you about. Let her make sacrifices as she is the one who has caused the problems.

From now on it's not personal, it's business.

P.S You got the PH boys in your corner!

Tim, by the looks of things, it is you that is in the stronger position.

SHE is the one that did the dirty on you and SHE want's her bit of the house.

As said before, sell the house, give her what ashe put in, no more... rent for a bit and find something else... allowing you to keep the Elise.

Don't do anything stupid... don't do anything with half-bricks, don't do anything threatening. That way, if it gets messy and you end up in court, you can stand there and dish out the facts - the truth.

All in all mate - best of luck.

Sorry to hear this mate. I really does ps me off though.

Agree with Podie. Be calm, cool and calculated and with a bit of luck you'll win through. If it starts to get messy (Which it probably will - have yet to see a nice easy split) it might be worth keeping a diary of events. What she did, when she did it, what was said blah blah blah you get the gist. That way when solicitors get involved you've got an exact record of whats happend etc.

When I purchased my house with my misses I made sure that every single bill/payment was made from my own account that way it looks as if she has put fk all into the house (Which she hasn't).

That came from a solicitor friend so might be worth bearing in mind for the future.

It would be much more satisfying to have her contract killed though.

Best of luck and hope everything goes YOUR way.
Jay.

Well said scruff, the money thing is just b**locks. Your health and state of mind are worth far more than that. I know from exeprience. Both my wife and I had previous divorces, in her's she just walked out and in mine my ex-wife got really anal about every 2 pence, I just let her have what she wanted, I left in good health and sorted about the whole thing (with a big debt but so what )and she (apparently) is still really screwed up by the whole thing and I was the innocent party.

Just remember that money isn't everything and it certainly can't buy you health or sanity.

Shabby, very shabby. 3 points I would make if I may. One, she ain't worth it mate. Rough on you but move on and find someone who is capable of being faithful! two, get yourself a decent lawyer. Basically the rules over here are a joke, a girl I knew fleeced her boyfriend of seven year to the most unbeleivable extent basically cos her lawyer was amazing and his stank! Ask mates, ask people here, do anything but make sure your lawyer is good, it will be worth te cost to you. Three, if you do have to live without a Lotus for awhile the remember life still ges on and you can always get aother one. She still has to tool around in a shabby ford!

Hope it works out for you.

No, no, no scruff you've got the wrong idea mate. Story goes: Met beautiful girl, 6 months later we were buying a house, fast pace relationship was an understatement. Seeing as I was putting lots and lots of money into it, with a girl I hardly knew I wanted to protect my investment as best I could.

Having just read what I put in my earlier post it sounds like I have a sh*t relationship - Not so!!!

Have a beautiful 10 month old son, getting married next year - lifes great.

Just thought I'd clear that one up - hope you don't mind.
Jay.

been hatching a plan but you've got to keep it a secret and don't tell anyone !!

all this sh*t has been going on for six months now, and whilst I was away at Le mans (a must drive for any performance car owner) the b*tch went and had the house valued, she has agreed to stick to that valuation, I went to an estate agent last saturday and they claim I could put another 30k on my house valuation since june, but she's too f**king thick to realise it.
The plan is, buy her out and sell Lotus (it's in her name anyway)wait till jan or feb till she's well clear of the scene, sell house for much more than june valuation, move to a two bed semi in nice area (currently own 4bed detached w/garage in very nice area, too big for one I know) cream back all equity and have smaller mortgage, bright shiny S2 111s in garage, can't wait to see her and her smug new fella who can't afford jack sh*t whilst out in said shiny new car. as I said, I can wait and revenge will be soooo sweet !!!

You should see the original deeds to my house. From 1602, it waffles on a bit but the jist is, if the master of the house dies, even if he leaves a will - the woman of the house is entitled to nothing, zip, zilch, no money when sold either. And she has two days to remove herself from the property. The animals can stay though.. - looking through the library records, That 'agreement' seems to have been standard for a few hundred years!!

Made me think how far we've evolved ()

Jay Z - splendid - it was more of a general observation rather than aiming for your gnads...
