Yokohama Advan Sport V105 impressions?

Has anyone tried these on an Elise or Exige S2? They are currently OEM on the Elise Sport 220. Particularly interested in impressions on the road (I don't care about track performance) vs AD07 LTS.
I need to replace my worn AD07's but wondering if I just import 2 AD07 LTS2's to NZ as a direct replacement, Import or be patient and source a pair of currently unavailable AD08R's or AD08RS's if they come here or switch out all four tyres for the V105's.
I'm mainly interested in a softer ride (the local roads are terrible, broken surfaces, harsh chipseal and corrugated etc) without sacrificing feel and consistency and too much grip. A little more longevity would be welcome also.
