Having a bit of a browse after really taking an interest in the S3 Exige (350-410).

Having looked in the usual places I don’t see a lot for sale. There is a real mix of new or nearly new cars with delivery miles and older cars (5 years old) with 10000 miles.

Is it a case that there are not a lot of cars around or are people that have them just not selling?

Just looking at the classifieds here and on AT I'd say the numbers are about the same as when I was looking to buy last year, and the spread of 350s, 380s, 410s is like it was. Its a low volume car, not sure you'd ever expect to see much higher numbers. But some of the dealer-listed cars have definitely been around a while, including at least one that I test drove last summer. Assuming they're actually available, you should be able to get some movement on listed prices.

I think as the 350 has been discontinued the current owners are hanging onto them. I bought mine in June and was on the phone to the seller within an hour of the ad going up. The good ones seem to go straight away.
Facebook groups are worth watching aswell as quite a few 350 owners upgrade to a 410 etc.

When I was looking about 18 months ago, there was circa 50 cars for sale on Pistonheads, so near enough the same number now.
