Was thinking of a Tuscan (as cheap as 17K for a OO) but can't afford the required weekly 6K rebuild!

I test drove a Tuscan Red Rose just before buying the Porsche - Jesus, what a lot of car! It would undoubtedly have wrapped itself and me around the first convenient lamp post had I bought it. My wife also threatened to leave me if I came home in it.

I was still very tempted...

I will, just as soon as I work out how to get something from a digital camera onto my computer - I wasn't blessed by the Computer-Literacy Fairy at birth...

OK, there's finally a photo on my profile - if it dries up later, I must take a few more and try and post them on webshots.com.

Thank you!

Yep, bought it in Rathdrum, which has a delectable selection of twisty, second gear-ish roads for test-driving on!

My missus took the car for the afternoon, so it's possible. She told me she was going to Jervis St to do some shopping, though...

I'll give her a light thrashing later and get the truth out of her!

Flattery will get you everywhere!

I saw your post about the oil pressure - I hadn't noticed anything myself but I'll keep my eyes open and get back to you one way or the other.

Tell me you nursed it along gently, keeping it below 3000 revs and observing all local speed limits!

By the way, he sounds like either a very nice or a very naive boss!
