Yeah, came home to a note today on the Gasworks. Next phase of 2 beds from €675,000....FROM 675K..WHAT DE FECK.

WHERE IS THE VALUE THERE. THAT IS STG 500,000.......and that goes a LONG way in London. FFS, madness....how can you get a return on that.......you can't....everyone at home is obsessed....cannot talk about anything other that property, property, property.........dogs on the street buying four off plan.......feck that for a laugh (says the absentee landlord).
