Jaysus Brian buying a house, I know how stressful that can be, done it twice now and it nearly killed me each time!

I'll be in Ireland from the 15th to the 24th of this month, gimme a call if you have a free moment between nagging the builders and chasing down the solictors!

Simon,

Was that you I was having a play with off the ferry today? Your car looks absolutely stunning. Yellow really is the colour for that car.

Hi Adrian,

Nope sorry it wasn't me, I sold my lovely 968CS at the end of the summer. I have the (dis)pleasure of driving a 1998 Saab 9-3 (non turbo!) at the moment. Took nearly 7 hours to get from Holyhead to London yesterday! I am selling up in London and hoping to buy a house in Greystones in Ireland so all the pennies are being counted, no money for toys until I have a roof over my head!

I managed Holyhead to East London in five hours on New Years Day........roads were not that busy.

Know what you mean about the pennies. I am getting married in 2008 and house shopping in Dublin at the minute. Nice to see a bit of value back in the market.
