Lovely airbox and manifold... Similar manifold to the Typhon I believe.

I'm not sure. The Typhon ones are just pressed plastic. What I interesting is that they contain a secondary fuel rail that stems from the Mulsanne Straight where the race cars were running lean at peak revs and their solution was to dump more fuel into the air box.

It also is restricting the engine so not all that efficient a design:

I was referring to the manifold being like the Typhon's. Didn't realise the airbox was so different. Looks a worse plastic than all the other Speed6 airboxes

Ah, sorry. Yes the air box was never production used so its just from a basic mould, no finesse added.

An adapted version of the TVR Sagaris mk2 prototype engine cover for production Sagaris'...

Base unit supplied by Surface and Design, then customized and adapted by Brendan at RP Bodyshop for my car.

That's the plan, Kev.

At least it will be in the summer if not working in the US.

Mr Varley's repro stickers for oil tank and cooler have been fitted since the photo.

Job for this year is to replace one single nasty rusty engine bolt. smile
