Engine rebuild markings

Hi,
After getting a closer look to my Tuscans engine it looks like it already has been rebuild. I do not have the invoices but there are some extra markings on cylinderhead and crankcase.
Engine number 0304P636 3148 with P&B stampend above.
Numer 2529/c engraved in the cylinderhead.
Anybody know where I could get some info about the P&B revision stamp?
