With the setup in that picture I was making 483bhp/400lbs.ft, with 0.3 bar of boost to run it in. Currently car is having a few upgrades installed, which should bring it a bit higher in terms of hp/torque smile

Ah, sorry, I failed to mention I will only have time as of Friday to do this (sorry but I'm "on the road" a lot during the week)

Inspired by some of the pictures on this thread I decided to get my my cam cover and spark plug cover powder coated, I thought about a few colours but in the end went for the standard red and black combo. Removed and refitted it myself which I am pleased about as I want to learn as much as I can about the car .Powder coating the 2 items cost £60 and £10 for the new screws.
I now need to get the fuel rail powder coated, are they easy to remove, I managed the cam cover is it any more difficult?. If anyone has a step by step guide on how to remove it, post it up please.

here's a before and after!

I intend to get the fuel rail done along with a few other small items, You wouldn't happen to know how to remove it? I don't want to do it until someone can give me some advise ..

ESP Powder coating in Glasgow, a bit far for you to travel(Bristol)mind you. It does make a big difference to the engine bay and a good upgrade for not a lot of money.

Thanks for the link duff-man, It looks a straight forward enough job I think I'll tackle it in a week or two, I've got to much on at the moment to do it now.
