Weeks before they finally, sent it out after many emails to them for updates.
They sent it to my old address and blame me for the mistake.
There excuse is for security reasons, sent to the first address I give when I made my first order.
They did not check the order details ?
So its on going with them still?

Looks like the advice is to get a Class 6 rather than 10 for these cameras.
Thanks, class 6 it is then, ordered now.My mobius is well over two years old now, still going strong although it only gets used in the trackday car now.
I can recommend http://www.7dayshop.com/ as well for media cards.
hi again guys, received the camera today, I ordered 2 memory cards, I got a class 10 for my camera and a class 6 for the dash cam so any issues I can swap them around no problem.
quick question, had a drive out with the camera in, just wondering what the program people used to see the footage with the gps map etc on was? I know ive seen it but have scanned back through a fair few pages and cant see it again :-(

This thread is hurting my brain - so much to take in.
Looking at options under £100, the RAC 02 appears to do a good job. Thoughts?

I've been running a class 6 in my 0805 and I'm not happy at all with the qualityI've just ordered a class 10 to see if it makes a difference
As mentioned on the previous page, the market is rife with knock-off cards, you have to be careful who you buy from.

I've purchased various dash cameras over the past few years, some very expensive from Blackvue and miwitness costing many hundreds of pounds, have a couple of 0801 dash cams still in use which are pretty good in terms of video quality in the daytime but not so good in poor light and at night.
Recent purchase was a 0806 which seemed to tick all the right boxes and the ability to record to 64GB and 128GB cards, but at over £110 it has proved to be a bit of a letdown in terms of video quality and blurred number-plates of oncoming vehicles.
My most recent purchase was buying a Mobius Action Cam which is actually very very good in terms of video quality, build quality and after-sales support. I ordered mine direct from the Hong Kong manufacturer's Ebay shop, and was very pleased when it dropped through my letterbox just 7 days after ordering.
At nearly 1/2 the price of the Mini 0806 dash cam the Mobius has excelled itself in every way, and it's slim understated form kind of under-sells just how good it is - it's reliability and video quality.
The Mobius is actually an action cam so can be used outside of the car, it's battery lasts for over an hour, and various attachments are available for fitting to a push-bike or motorcycle, link to the ebay shop is: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/eletoponline365/m.html?_...
Just be aware that there are plenty of fake cameras and SD cards on Ebay and Amazon, and some of the sellers of these dash cameras leave a lot to be desired, which is why I chose to buy direct from the manufacturer in Hong Kong because I had read that they do actually care about what they are manufacturing, and that means a lot to me. And credit due to them, they replied to my emails and have provided stunningly fast service.

Where/who did you order it from? Changing from a class 6 to class 10 won't make any noticeable difference to the recording quality. Sounds to me like you've bought a fake cam as the 0805 performs well in reviews.I've just ordered a class 10 to see if it makes a difference
Another vote for Mobius here - just £54 (wideangle) with the screen mount suction jobby, using my existing 4gb micro SD card (adequate for my commute).
Video quality is good - better by far then the 0801 I tried but had to return (poor quality video).
Update easy to do, software etc all straightforward. Very nice little unit and hopefully it'll last.
Does get plenty hot in use - those heatsinks are not just for show!
Off now to fill U-Tube with masses of inane motoring videos...

I have an 0805 and believe the quality is worse than my older camera (different make), lots of compression artifacts and "mush". It *might* be a lens focussing issue, or possibly the dash on my new car is giving too much glare.Gassing Station | In-Car Electronics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
