Car immobiliser - what's highly regarded?

Dont want a tracker with the annual subscription costs. Want something super up to date and can work with phone app ideally. Have come across the Autowatch Ghost but hard to find anyone to install in my area.

Dont want my car wires cut or fiddled with too much. It's not a super expensive car but I still don't want it stolen.

Not super modern but Carl Baker fitted Meta immobilisers to tvrs and i would trust him to know what he's on about - fixed more factory TVR alarm installations than I've had hot dinners!
